Epopira is made in two expressions: Dry and Dolce— distinguished solely by sugar content. At 50 g/L, the Dry allows thyme, bay leaf, chamomile, rosemary and Valle d'Itria saffron to express themselves in a crisp, herbaceous register—vibrant and bittersweet, with a clean finish that lingers. A genuinely gastronomic vermouth, as well-suited to the table as it is to the aperitivo, or combined with the Dolce for an Epopira Perfetto. The apothecary bottle, adorned with artist Vanda Focanti's portrait of the Physician Saints Cosmas and Damian, is as intentional as its contents. 1,200 bottles made.
