Box wine has a reputation problem it doesn't always deserve. LI QUI DO Rosso makes the case for reconsideration. Crafted in partnership with UPAL Cantina Sociale di Cisternino — the last surviving wine cooperative in Puglia's Valle d'Itria — this blend of Montepulciano, Susumaniello, and Ottavianello brings together three indigenous varieties that have been grown in this landscape for generations. Fruit-forward and chillable at 12.5% ABV, aged in stainless steel to keep it fresh and unencumbered, it has already earned its place on restaurant wine lists across Utah as a by-the-glass staple. The 3L format is simply the most honest way to package a wine made collectively and meant to be shared without ceremony. The cooperative farming practices — organic, low-intervention, biodiversity-based — are the quiet story behind every pour.
